I have had he privilege of working with the Dryden Twp. Fire Department and Chief Mark Hagemeister for over 31 years. Twenty of these years, I have held the rank of Assistant Chief or Fire Chief. Over my career, I have responded to numerous calls with the DTFD, from minor field fires to house fires, to car accidents and I must admit that the DTFD has always acted and treated us professionally. I have never seen or witnessed members of their department act or do anything unsafe. As a matter of fact, we have gone to DTFD and asked them for help making our department safer.
Chief Hagemeister has always been there to assist my department and help me in any matter that I needed help in. I see Chief Hagemeister as a quality leader, and a person that has the knowledge and training to keep DTFD heading in the proper direction.
