Debbra Ann Lutze, 64, of Troy, MI passed away Friday, April 7, 2023, at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, MI. Debbra Ann Walker was born in Flint, MI, September 27, 1958, daughter of the late Donald Walker and Linda Sheick. Debbra grew up in the surrounding areas of Genesee and Lapeer counties of Michigan, attending Davison and Lakeville high schools. Earning her degrees at Baker and George State colleges.
Debbra was first married to the late John Michael Ezakovich in 1981. Her second marriage to was to Mark Lutze in 1993.
She was employed by EDS and Compuware as a project manager. She headed projects around the country and the world including places like Austria, Germany and South Africa to name a few. Debbie found her success in the automotive industry as a leading project manager in numerous projects, including the Hummer II and the Allison transmission plant in Buffalo, NY.
Debbra is survived by four sons, Farron Ezakovich of Oakland, CA, Danial Ezakovich of Colorado Springs, CO, Michael Ezakovich of Troy, MI and Rodrigo Silva of Miami, FL; also, long-standing friends, Tom December, Pam Hanson, and Colette Simerson; along with many others. Debbie had nine grandchildren, Wyatt Ezakovich, Teagen Ezakovich, Johnathan Ezakovich, Kapri Ezakovich, Luna Ezakovich, Atlas Ezakovich, Tripp McKinnie, Beau Young, and Luca Silva.
She was an amazing soul that was also her family’s foundation. Debbie carried herself with pride and strength showing her sons and family that no matter the circumstances, with hard work and dedication, you can do anything.
A memorial will be held 10:30 a.m., Friday, July 21, 2023 at Muir Brothers Funeral Home of Imlay City, 225 N. Main Street, Imlay City, MI. Interment of ashes will follow at Crestwood Cementery in Flint, MI.
Arrangements for Debbie’s cremation have been entrusted to Muir Brothers Funeral Home of Imlay City.
