Treasurer’s report approved. Planning Commission: regular meeting: one request was tabled, questions about splits and interest in a parcel for sale; wetland public hearing: Niswander Environmental was present and was looking to move forward with board approval – after lengthy discussion, approval was given to move forward. Fire report: nobody was present to give a report, last 2 monthly run sheets have not been turned in and questions on $8763.60 overage on front suction install remain unanswered (bill will not be paid at this time). Fire Department budget was not approved, as expenses need to be balanced correctly between “regular operating expenses” and “new equipment purchases” (bills will still be approved and paid at board meetings). Audience: discussion about Semco project. Motion to pay the bills made and accepted. Motion to adjourn 8:35pm. A complete copy of the minutes is available at the township hall during business hours.
