NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Please take notice that the Village of Capac Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at the American Legion Hall located at 115 N. Main Street, Capac, Michigan 48014. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments from residents, property owners, and the general public regarding a proposed amendment to the following Ordinances:
Amending Division 4, Zoning Board of Appeals Sec. 30-146 Membership, Clarification of the Number of Members.
Amending Division 8, Commercial District Sec. 30-402 Special Land Uses, Adding Numbers
Amending Division 5, Amendments and Rezoning, Adding Sec. 30-185 In Action of Rezoned Property or Amendment
During regularly posted office hours, a copy of the full text of the proposed amendment changes may be examined or obtained at the Village of Capac Office located at 131 N. Main Street, Capac, MI 48014. In addition, comments regarding the proposed text amendment will be received at the Public Hearing and may also be made in writing to the Village of Capac Planning Commission at P.O. Box 218, Capac, MI 48014. Written comments will be received until the close of business on Monday, April 10, 2023.
