Mayor Kempf called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Collison, DeLuca, Ramirez, Sadler, Tanis, Yockey. Also present: City Manager Craig Horton, Clerk/Treasurer Dawn Sawicki-Franz and Public Commissioners approved: Agenda with additions; Consent Agenda with minutes and bill payments of $330,435.44; Imlay Township Fire Contract Discussion; RFP update; Lapeer EMS Report; Resignation-Officer Cory Martin.
