SYNOPSIS
President Schneider called the Regular Meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Councilmembers present were Calka, Dyke, Feldman, Glasser and Schneider. Councilmembers Aleck and Steffler were absent. Staff members present were Village Manager David Trent, Clerk/Treasurer Kimberly Keesler and DPW Superintendent Bryan Treat.
Approved the agenda, approved the consent agenda with corrections; approved to implement the ShareNet Program from Novo Solutions, in the amount of $11,440, currently excluding the Citizen Portal, and implement Nixle from Everbridge in the amount of $500; approved Resolution #23-02-02 to enter into a contract with MDOT for the road projects identified in the contract and authorize the Village Manager to sign and execute the contract; approved the Uniform Video Service Local Franchise Agreement for a 10-year term and a 5% annual franchise fee with Comcast and authorize the Village Manager to sign and execute the agreement; approved to grant authorization to replace the F350 one-ton truck with the purchase of the 2022 red Ford 350 from Fox Ford Grand Rapids in the amount of $63,787.
