Notice is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the following mortgage will be foreclosed at a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier’s check at the place of holding the circuit court in Lapeer County starting promptly at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 5, 2023. The amount due on the mortgage may be greater on the day of the sale. Placing the highest bid at the sale does not automatically entitle the purchaser to free and clear ownership of the property. A potential purchaser is encouraged to contact the county register of deeds office or a title insurance company, either of which may charge a fee for this information.
Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by Juan Quintana, a single person, of 6447 Peck Road, Brown City, Michigan 48416 Amanda Ciesliga, a single person, of 6447 Peck Road, Brown City, Michigan 48416 to JAL REALTY 401K TRUST; James A. Lengemann whose address is 5705 Reynolds Road, Imlay City, Michigan 48444, Trustee on 11 August 2019 and recorded the 11th day of August, 2019 in Liber 3043 on Page 1, in Lapeer County Records, Michigan, which was assigned by said Mortgagee to John L. Lengemann & Maria-Luise Lengemann, H & W as assignee by an assignment dated the 16th day of December, 2019, which was recorded on the 18th day of December, 2019 in Liber 3068 on Page 855 Lapeer County Records, Michigan on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of $17,439.83 including interest at 10% per annum.
