SYNOPSIS
Village President Debbie Hlubic called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Debbie Hlubic (council president), Anthony Vigiletti (council person) Samantha Ramirez (council person), Joe Herrington (council person), Lynne Mandeville (council person), Joe Nemecek (council person) Lisa Lulis (clerk), Travis Youatt (manager) were present. Mary Klug (council person) was absent. Council approved: the December 19, 2022 minutes, the bills, resolution 2023-01 (sewer rate increase), Resolution 2023-02 (water rate increase), proposal from J&J (for trash contract), Tri-County Ambulance agreement, Purchase of Lexipol Program, increase in manager salary, to adjourn at 9:38 p.m.
