Mayor Kempf called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 6:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Collison, DeLuca, Ramirez, Sadler, Yockey. Commissioner absent: Tanis. Also present: City Manager Craig Horton, DPW Superintendent Ed Priehs, Fire Chief Rick Horton, Municipal Analytics Representative John Kaczor, Clerk/Treasurer Dawn Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda. Presentation PowerPoint from Municipal Analytics Representative John Kaczor regarding the Sewer/Water Rate Study.
