SYNOPSIS
Mayor Kempf called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Collison, DeLuca, Ramirez, Sadler, Yockey. Commissioner absent: Tanis. Also present: City Manager Craig Horton, Rowe Professional Services Landscape Architect Blake Strozier, Rowe Professional Services Senior Project Manager Douglas Skylis, DPW Superintendent Ed Priehs, Fire Chief Rick Horton, Clerk/Treasurer Dawn Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with minutes and bill payments of $565,316.43; Public Hearing 2023-27 Community Recreation Plan; Open Public Hearing 7:04 p.m.; Closed Public Hearing 7:07 p.m.; Resolution 2023-02; Department Head Report by DPW Superintendent Ed Priehs; DWSRF Program Rowe $16,600; Additional recycling bin $15; Ordinance 52.54 update; appoint James Blount alternate BOR member 3-year term.
