DPW Building Roof Replacement Bid
The City of Imlay City is requesting sealed bids to replace the roof at the DPW building located at 605 Folk Ct., Imlay City, MI 48444. Scope of work and bid specifications are available upon request. To obtain bid documents, or if you have any questions, please contact Ed Priehs, DPW Superintendent at (810) 724-8712. The work must be completed by June 30, 2023, or a completion date approved by the City. The bid shall be a lump sum bid and shall be submitted in a sealed envelope entitled “DPW Building Roof Replacement Bid” by no later than Friday, February 3, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. to the attention of Craig Horton, City Manager, 150 N. Main Street, Imlay City, MI 48444. The City of Imlay City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
