
Capac’s Nolan Maday looks to complete a fast break versus Memphis.
CAPAC — Capac registered a 55-35 triumph against host Memphis in a Greater Thumb Conference varsity boys’ basketball confrontation last Friday.
With the outcome, Capac improves their mark to 5-8 and 2-3.
In Friday’s confrontation, Capac grabbed a 12-9 edge after one quarter was complete and widened the gap to 30-18 at the half.
Capac then outscored Memphis 25-17 the rest of the way, finishing off a 55-35 victory.
Carlos Uribe Arce (12, including three trifectas), Nolan Maday (12) and Wyatt Hurley (11) proved Capac’s toughest players to stop. Alan Uribe Arce (seven points, featuring a trey), Wiley Roose (five, with a triple), Brody Tesnow and Joe Dalessandro (three each) along with Max Klein (two) also reached the scoring column.
