NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a Public Hearing before the Village of Capac Planning Commission on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at the American Legion Hall located at 115 N. Main Street, Capac Michigan, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of this public hearing is for the purpose to reduce the Zoning Board of Appeals from 5 members to 3 members per the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act
All interested citizens are encouraged to attend the public hearing and will be given an opportunity to comment. Written comments may be submitted during regular business hours and must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. February 6, 2023.
