SYNOPSIS
President Schneider called the Regular Meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Councilmembers present were Aleck, Calka, Dyke, Glasser, Steffler and Schneider. Councilmember Feldman was absent. Staff members present were Village Manager David Trent and Clerk/Treasurer Kimberly Keesler.
Approved the agenda with additions; approved the consent agenda; approved to reduce the invoice for 7192 General Squire Road to $2,026.87; approved to ratify President Schneider’s acceptance of Ms. Traci Pewinski’s resignation as DDA Board Member; approved to recognize Ms. Angela Edwards as the Interim Director as appointed by the DDA Board; approved to adopt Ordinance No. 208, as presented; approved to adopt Resolution #22-12-01 to opt out of the provisions of Public Act 152 to comply with collective bargaining agreements; approved to ratify the straw poll to authorize the request to close E. St. Clair from M-53 to Bristol St. from 4:00 p.m. until the conclusion of the Almont Holly Day Parade on Saturday, December 3, 2022; approved to adopt Resolution #22-12-02, Local Support for DNR Projects.
