Regular Meeting
December 14, 2022
Supervisor Lauwers called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Mike Lauwers (Supervisor), Sheila McDonald (Clerk), Deborah Lewis (Treasurer), Bruce Downey (Trustee) and Monica Standel (Trustee) were present. One (1) guest was present. Motions were passed to: approve the November 9th meeting minutes, approve the amendment to Ordinance #22-Clean Community to include provisions for storage containers, amend Ordinance #19 – Property Division to include provisions for excluding parent parcel from requirements for minimum lot area, width, frontage and width to depth ratio, regretfully accept the letter of resignation submitted by Mike Lauwers as Township Supervisor effective December 20, 2022, appoint Bruce Downey as the Township Supervisor effective December 21, 2022 to fill the remainder of the Supervisor’s term of November 20, 2024, approve the December bills as submitted, approve the Treasurer’s report as presented, adjourn the meeting at 8:37 p.m.
