SYNOPSIS
Mayor Kempf called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Collison, DeLuca, Ramirez, Sadler, Tanis, Yockey. Also present: City Manager Craig Horton, Attorney Robert Seibert, CIB Director of Planning Kelly McIntyre, DDA Director Lorrelei Natke, Fire Chief Rick Horton, Clerk/Treasurer Dawn Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with minutes and bill payments of $384,590.18; Department Head Report by DDA Director Lorrelei Natke, Resolution 2022-13 to Adopt Ordinance 6.1 Zoning Ordinance Update and Zoning Maps Update; Fire Truck Order-Pierce Enforcer Fire Truck from Halt Fire $959,937; Jaws Battery Tools up to $45,000; FD Loose Tools Purchase not to exceed $40,000; Reappoint Angie McCoy to the Ruth Hughes Memorial District Library Board; Accept Resignation Letter from DDA Director Lorrelei Natke; Personnel Policy Amendment #2022-01.
