BOARD MEETING SYNOPSIS
December 12, 2022
Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Supervisor Winn. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Members present: Parks, Klos, Winn and Christian. Wittstock was absent. November minutes approved. Treasurer’s report approved. Planning Commission: 1 split approved and mention of wetland mitigation project and possible sale of A&B Trucking property. Fire report: Hartway presented run report (none billable), questioned a bill for brush removal and said that Breakfast with Santa went well (receipts and donations to be turned in tomorrow). Hartway was reminded that 2 sets of initials need to be on invoices before presenting them to the clerk for payment and was asked about the new rec fuel bill (they are using it in all small engine equipment). Senior report: regular activities attended (every Tuesday) and monthly potluck. Discussed: Road Assistance paperwork being submitted, ditching projects have been completed, and we will be receiving $15,594 park millage distribution for 2023. Audience: Santa breakfast was nice. Motion to pay the bills approved and motion to adjourn 8:05 p.m. A complete copy of the non-approved latest meeting minutes is available at the township hall during business hours AND visible on the website within a week of the board meeting.
