MINUTES OF DECEMBER 8, 2022
SYNOPSIS
The meeting was called to order at 7 p.m. by Supervisor Ochadleus.
Present were: Supervisor Ochadleus, Clerk Schultz, Treasurer Mason, Trustee Herpolsheimer and Trustee Winslow.
Elk Lake Special Assessment District Public Hearing was held.
Supervisor Ochadleus reported on the ARPA funds status.
Moved and seconded to adopt a resolution regarding a Special Assessment District for aquatic weed control for Elk Lake. Motion Carried.
Moved and seconded to change the township’s hours of operation to Monday-Thursday 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. Motion Carried.
Moved and seconded to accept the 2023 County of Lapeer Agreement for Law Enforcement Services. Motion Carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:29 p.m.
