Santa and Mrs. Claus were the evening’s VIPs.

IMLAY CITY — On Friday, December 9, Borland and Weston Elementary staff were happy to welcome the return of their annual North Pole Night for students and families. With the help and support of fabulous PTO members, parent volunteers, and staff it was truly an event for all the family to enjoy!

At Borland Elementary, there were many basket raffles, a hover board raffle, a new TV raffle, a cake walk, ornament crafts, face painting, and dinner. Of course, the VIP of the night was Santa and Mrs. Claus who joined the festivities and even posed for many photos with students and families.

Weston Elementary hosted the Festival of Trees where families could win themed trees with gifts included. They also had a showing of the Grinch movie, the Scholastic Book Fair, Grinch Games, hot chocolate, popcorn, and the Grinch himself made a guest appearance!

The ICS transportation department ran a free shuttle service to those who wished to enjoy the activities at both buildings. The evening was full of fun, family, friends, food, and a lot of Christmas spirit and joy.

ICS wishes all of their students, families, community, and staff members a very Merry Christmas and a Happy, Healthy New Year!
