IMLAY CITY — First Congregational Church United Church of Christ in Imlay City is inviting the public to attend its candlelight Christmas Eve service at 4 p.m. The church is located at 275 Bancroft Street. FCC’s service will feature scripture and hymns, including “Silent Night, Holy Night.”

“No matter who you are or where you are on life’s journey you are welcome here,” said Reverend David Forsberg of First Congregational Church.

“We invite everyone to come as they are and join us as we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.”

The service will be livestreamed on Facebook (First CongregationalUCC.ImlayCity) and can be viewed afterwards, including on YouTube (First Congregational Church of Imlay City).

First Congregational Church has been ministering to the community and world since organizing as a congregation in 1872. The congregation celebrated its 150th Anniversary in 2022.
