SYNOPSIS
Village President Debbie Hlubic called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Debbie Hlubic (Council President), Mary Klug (council person), Lynne Mandeville (council person), Tony Vigiletti (council person), Joe Nemecek (council person), Joe Herrington (council person), Lisa Lulis (Clerk), Travis Youatt (Manager) were present, Samantha Ramirez (council person) absent. Motions passed to: approve November 21, 2022 minutes as presented, approved the bills, passed the amendment to the lot split ordinance, approve the quote from John’s Custom Coating for $3,438.00 for the breakroom and bathroom floor, approve $8,800.00 for the application for the Spark Grant from Fleis and Vanderbrink, approved the hiring of Dan Kolke for the Police Chief, approved the signing of the right of way certificate and the zoning certification by Debbie Hlubic for the Hill Street project, approving Travis Youatt to sigh the ACH vendor form, to adjourn at 8:30 p.m.
