TOWNSHIP OF ATTICA
ORDINANCE NO. 2022-01
An ordinance to amend Article 4.0 of the Township Zoning Ordinance to regulate electrical service capacity within the Township.
THE TOWNSHIP OF ATTICA HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of Article 4.0 of the Township Zoning Ordinance.
The Township hereby amends Article 4.0 of the Township Zoning Ordinance by amending Section 4.67, entitled “Electrical Service Capacity.
4.67 ELECTRICAL SERVICE CAPACITY.
1.(b) except in circumstances deemed necessary by the Zoning Administrator based on specific findings of facts, electrical service of 320 amperes may be permitted;
Section 2. Severability
This ordinance and its various articles, paragraphs and clauses thereof are hereby declared to be severable. If any article, paragraph or clause is adjudged unconstitutional or invalid, the remainder of this amendatory ordinance shall not be affected thereby.
Section 3. Conflict
All ordinances and provisions of ordinances of the Attica Township in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. Effective date.
This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after publication.
