Almont Market & Creators Show is weekly from 9-3
ALMONT —Almont Market and Creators Show has found its home at The Bells Event Center.
Shows take place every Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Vendors will include liquidators, auction resales, crafters, and more.
Event coordinator Stephanie Stamper said she had organized a similar event at a Lapeer location.
While researching locations for a continuing market, she discovered that The Bells, which is owned by Jim Novak, would be an ideal location.
As it turned out, Stamper spoke with Sarah Novak, who was looking for a change and the pair teamed up.
“We were excited to work with the Novaks and to be able to use The Bells Event Center for a new and larger show,” Stamper said. “It’s a win-win situation for everyone.”
After consulting with Jim Novak directly, it became obvious that The Bells meets all the criteria for a successful, continuing show.
“Jim is happy to to be able to host the show every Sunday,” she said. “He is looking forward to having the market at his facility.”
Christmas shop
Stamper also views the Almont Market and Creators Show as the perfect place to purchase Christmas gifts.
“It’s the perfect place to come and do Christmas shopping and support the local community and vendors,” Stamper said.
She invites everyone to check out the show’s Facebook page to take a sneak peek at many of the vendors that will be in attendance on a weekly basis.
Summer market
Stamper said the team envisions an expansion of the market to include an outdoor Farmers Market in the summer.
