SPECIAL LAND USE
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Imlay City will hold a public hearing on the 22nd day of November 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, located at 150 N. Main Street, Imlay City, MI 48444.
The purpose of the hearing will be to consider the application request submitted by Inspire Capital Partners, LLC., owner of property located at V/L S. Cedar St. The applicant is requesting approval for a Special Land Use for a Drive-thru Restaurant. The Parcel Identification Numbers is I19-83-207-100-00.
Written comments may be submitted to the Clerk at 150 N. Main Street, Imlay City, MI 48444. Persons with disabilities needing accommodations for effective participation should contact the city clerk a week in advance of the meeting to request mobility, visual, hearing or other assistance.
