BOARD MEETING SYNOPSIS
October 10, 2022
Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Supervisor Winn. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Members present: Parks, Klos, Winn & Christian. Wittstock was absent. September minutes approved. Treasurer’s report approved. Planning Commission: 2 splits approved. Fire report: Hartway turned in run report for Aug. (showing preparer change) and will prepare a new one for September (information was lost on his computer), retiree from Warren Dept. is not ready to approve (Hartway wants to talk with him and needs to run a background check) and got approval to pay bills to add an AED and medical supplies to the new truck (he will get a medical license for the new truck). and answered questions; their open house will be 10/16. Senior report: regular activities attended (every Tuesday). Park report: Halloween Party will be 10/16 (1-4 p.m.) (games/hayrides and cider/donuts as well as pumpkins to decorate). Discussed: Tri-Hospital EMS amendment to contract, adopted Resolution 2022-08 (Local Road System Funding Assistance Program), ditching to be done on Hough Road at county line, approval to pay bill for repairs to the sewer on Church Street, election workers approved and dirt will be applied around the walking track soon. Audience: question about creating wetlands answered. Motion to pay the bills approved and motion to adjourn 8:45 p.m. A complete copy of the non-approved latest meeting minutes is available at the township hall during business hours AND visible on the website within a week of the board meeting.
