IMLAY CITY — The Imlay City varsity volleyball team handed Yale a 25-17, 25-21, 25-13 setback in a Blue Water Area Conference varsity volleyball meeting on Tuesday, October 4.
Makayla Bruman handled the bulk of Imlay City’s playmaking responsibilities. She wound up with 34 assists.
Lexa Forti (nine), Hope Schriber (eight), Emma Keeping (seven), Chloe Bruman (six) and Makayla Bruman (two) supplied Imlay City’s kills.
Keeping (14), Forti (12), Chloe Bruman (10), Natalie Stone and Makayla Bruman (five each) plus Schriber (four) collected Imlay City’s digs.
Schriber and Keeping contributed two block assists apiece for Imlay City.
Keeping (four) along with Forti, Stone and Schriber (one each) added Imlay City’s ace serves.
