NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given there will be a public hearing before the Almont Township Planning Commission on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at the Almont Township Hall, 819 N. Main Street, Almont, Ml 48003, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Special Land Use petition from Paolo lacobacci to utilize the property and existing building at 5648 Van Dyke (44-001-033-006-00) for the purpose of providing outdoor storage for RV’s, boats, campers, registered trailers, etc., and to use the existing building for self-storage. Current zoning is General Commercial (C-3). All documents, associated with the proposed application, will be available for inspection at the Township Office during regular business hours of 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. All interested citizens will be given an opportunity to comment on this application. Written comments may be submitted up to the time of the meeting at the Township Hall.
