IMLAY CITY — Tired of high gas prices?
Staff and volunteers at Gateway Assembly Church are coming to the rescue.
On Tuesday, July 19, Gateway volunteers will be at the Imlay City Quickmart (546 N. Cedar St.), pumping free and discounted gasoline, cleaning windshields, and offering prayers to those who seek one.
The annual Gas Giveaway is held in conjunction with Gateway’s “This Heart Loves” mission, a week-long celebration dedicated to giving back to the community.
Event organizers say active duty military personnel, veterans and EMS personnel will be given special consideration—including free fill-ups at the pump.
