SYNOPSIS
Mayor Joi Kempf called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Davis, Demske, Rowden, Sadler, Tanis. Commissioners absent: Villanueva. Also present: City Manager Craig Horton, City Attorney Robert Seibert, Police Chief Brett Selby, City Clerk/Treasurer Dawn Sawicki-Franz and public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with bill payments of $292,772.34; Special Event Application-Gateway Assembly “This Heart Loves Gas Giveaway” for Tuesday, July 19, 2022 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. at 546 N Cedar Street; Closed Session for the purpose of labor negotiations.
