Based upon the motion filed with this Court it is ordered that Patsy A. Clark, her unknown heirs, assigns and successors in interest are hereby notified that an action in this court has been commenced against them to quiet title to real property described as:
AS RECORDED:
Part of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 6, Town 6 North, Range 12 East, Almont Township, Lapeer County, Michigan, described as beginning at a point on the West section line that is North 1 degree 12 minutes 22 seconds East 1352.5 feet from the West 1/4 corner of said section; thence continuing along said West section line North 1 degree 12 minutes 22 seconds East 462.0 feet; thence South 88 degrees 47 minutes 38 seconds East 903.76 feet; thence South 1 degree 12 minutes 22 seconds West 249.08 feet; thence North 89 degrees 49 minutes 31 seconds East 86.24 feet; thence South l degree 12 minutes 22 seconds West 215 feet; thence North 88 degrees 47 minutes 38 seconds West 990.0 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPT the South 278.4 feet thereof. Subject to the rights of the public and of any governmental unit in any part thereof taken, used or deeded for street, road or highway
purposes.
AS MEASURED:
A parcel of land located in and being part of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 6, Town 6 North, Range 12 East, Almont Township, Lapeer County, Michigan and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the West 1/4 comer of said Section 6; thence North 01 degrees 12 minutes 22 seconds East 1630.90 feet along the West line of said Section 6 to the point of beginning; thence extending North 01 degrees 12 minutes 22 seconds East 183.60 feet along the West line of said Section 6; thence South 88 degrees 47 minutes 38 seconds East 903.76 feet; thence South 01 degrees 12 minutes 22 seconds West 183.00 feet; thence North 88 degrees 47 minutes 38 seconds West 903.76 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to the rights of the public in Bishop Road. Also, subject to any easements and/or rights of way, recorded or otherwise, as disclosed by Certificate of Survey recorded in Liber 0010, Page 948, Lapeer County Records.
The Defendant Patsy A. Clark, her unknown heirs, assigns and successors in interest shall file an answer to the complaint with this court, or take such other action as is permitted by law, within 28 days following the last publication of this Order to Answer, said date being 8 June 2022. If the Defendant Patsy A. Clark, her unknown heirs, assigns and successors in interest does not answer or take such other action as permitted by law within the time allowed, a judgment may taken granting the Plaintiff the relief requested in the complaint.
