The meeting was called to order at 7 p.m. by Clerk Schultz.
Present were: Clerk Schultz, Treasurer Mason, Trustee Herpolsheimer and Trustee Winslow.
The Public Hearing for Truth in Taxation for fiscal year 2022-2023 was held.
The 2022-2023 fiscal year budget was presented.
The meeting adjourned at 7:24 p.m.
