ALMONT — Almont fell a goal short to visiting Richmond, dropping a 2-1 verdict, in a Blue Water Area Conference girls’ soccer encounter last Wednesday.
In Wednesday’s encounter, Richmond grabbed a 1-0 edge at the half.
Almont and Richmond then managed a goal each during half two, leaving the latter with a 2-1 win to celebrate at game’s end.
Jesse Kautz had the lone goal for Almont that day.
