Senators Peters, Stabenow and all Congressmen/women: I would like to know what you are doing for your constituents. The southern border is wide open. What are you doing about it? COVID restrictions are in effect for air travel but not for illegal immigrants. What are you doing about it? Inflation is at a record high. What are you doing about it? Gasoline prices are over $4.00 per gallon. What are you doing about it? We are no longer energy independent. What are you doing about it? Crime is rampant in our major cities. What are you doing about it? The supply train for goods is on a side track. What are you doing about it? Airline travel is an absolute mess. What are you doing about it? Fentanyl and cocaine is being smuggled into this country in record amounts killing thousands of citizens. What are you doing about it?
It seems the answer to all of the questions is “You are doing nothing.” You have been elected to serve the public and make our lives and country better. If you can’t or won’t do your duty then you need to resign or we, the public, need to fire you.
For heavens sake, get off your duff and do something.
