IMLAY CITY — Imlay City’s Carly Livingston gave a good account of herself, excelling for the Grand Valley State University women’s track team last Friday at the Spartan Invite in East Lansing.
Participating in the women’s pole vault invite division, Livingston pulled up sixth. She notched a clearance of 3.87 meters or about 12 feet 8 inches along the way.
Kristen Leland, competing unattached, took event honors that day. She managed a performance of 4.52 meters, or approximately 14 feet 9 inches, en route.
