Army veteran Karl Iloncai recently accepted a $1,500 donation from Brian Hill, owner of IC Strikes bowling alley in Imlay City.
The Hill family had a golf outing in 2021 in honor of Brian’s dad, Dwain Hill, who was very active in the Imlay City American Legion Post 135 and served as past post commander. Dwain was also the owner of Sportsman Barbershop in Imlay City for many years.
The American Legion Post will forward the funds to the Lapeer County Veteran Affairs office to be used to help Lapeer County homeless veterans.
The Legion would like to thank the Dwain Hill family for their generous donation.
