William Edward Land, age 72, of North Branch, formerly of Mitchell, IN, died February 12, 2022 at home.
William was born January 19, 1950 in Hamtramck, MI to the late Hugh and Charlotte Land. He served his country honorably in the Unites States Marine Corp during Vietnam. William previously attended Mitchell United Methodist Church, he enjoyed fabrication and often made personalized pieces for family and friends.
William is survived by his sons, Patrick (Karen) Land and Jeffrey (Carlee) Land; three siblings, Glenda, Clyde, Eva; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death his parents; wife, Elna; and sister, Kathy.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of William’s Life will be held at later date.
Arrangements entrusted to Jansen Family Funeral Home – Columbiaville. William’s cremains will be interred at Great Lakes National Cemetery this summer.
