He was quiet in all his ways, yet we will miss him on certain days. Just to wave as he mowed the lawn, or a quick salute as we passed him when he got the mail. The secret smile as he watched over his grandchildren, when they played in the yard on a warm summer day.
The beautiful wood working he did in that big ol’ house may someday be forgotten. The many puzzles he put together will gather dust.
Even though he was quiet in all his ways, we’ll remember him on certain days.
