CAPAC — Capac edged host Memphis, 25-23, in a Greater Thumb Conference varsity girls’ basketball confrontation last Thursday night.
With the outcome, Capac improves to 3-9 and 1-4.
In Thursday’s confrontation, Capac took an 11-5 lead at the half.
Capac then withstood an 18-14 second half rally, pulling out a 25-23 victory.
Chloe Schocke (nine points, including a trifecta) paced Capac. The Chiefs also had Julia Schaefer (six points), Juliana Closurdo (five), Erica Yeashevich (four) and Gracie Klink (one) connect.
