IMLAY CITY — Imlay City fell by a 51-33 outcome to visiting Richmond in a Blue Water Area Conference varsity boys’ basketball meeting last Thursday.

With the decision, Richmond goes to 6-1 and 1-1. Imlay City slips to 4-3 and 1-1.

In Thursday’s meeting, Richmond grabbed a 13-9 edge after one quarter was over with and widened the gap to 20-12 at halftime.

Richmond then outscored Imlay City 31-21 the rest of the way, assuring themselves of a 51-33 victory at night’s end.

For Imlay City, Grady Nash led the way with 11 points. He was backed by Zander Nash and Dominic Ljuljdjuraj eight points each), Beau Hund (four) and Andrew Badder (two).
