
Imlay City’s Latham Perry looks to finish off a fall in last week’s action.
IMLAY CITY — The Imlay City wrestling team went 4-0 en route to a first-place finish last Saturday at the Durand Invitational.
Imlay City started things off with a 63-12 win against Okemos. That was followed by a 78-16 victory over Carman Ainsworth; a 66-12 triumph against Byron; and a 43-30 win over Durand.
Tanner Land (112), Dom D’Ambrosio (119), Cristian Rojas (125), Julian Rojas (130), Conner Wildie (135), Austin Herrera (145), Anthony D’Ambrosio (152) and Latham Perry (215) led Imlay City with 4-0 records.
Christian Rager (103) provided Imlay City with a 3-2 mark.
Chris Torres (285) wound up 3-1 for Imlay City.
Andrew Kline (160), Brady Vanderploeg (171) and Lance Wolford (189) added 2-2 marks to Imlay City’s cause.
