Catherine M. Hoock, age 90, of Capac, passed away on Tuesday, December 21, 2021. She was preceded by her son, William. She was married to the late Richard Hoock for 41 years. She was born of the late Herman and Bergetta Jubenville on June 30, 1931. Catherine attended St. Bernard Catholic Schools in Detroit. She worked for General Motors and drove school bus for Capac Community Schools. She was active in the Capac Senior Center where she loved playing cards with her friends.
Survivors include her son Raymond (Marie) Hoock of Warner Robins, GA, Carol (Nivaldo) Rodriquez of Sterling Heights, MI, and Michael (Debbie) Hoock of Capac. She had seven grandchildren, Cynthia Stickland of Warner Robins, GA, Jeffery Hoock of Riverview, FL, Anthony Rodriquez of Bahrain UAE, Nathan Rodriguez of Malabar, FL, Miranda Hoock of Chesaning, Adam Hoock of Emmett, Johno Rodriquez of Sterling Heights; and three great-grandchildren, Michaela and Warren Strickland of Warner Robins, GA, and William Hoock of Riverview, FL.
A church service celebrating her life was held on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, 4331 Capac Rd, Capac, MI 48014
