Gail Ludwig, age 57, of Brown City, MI died Monday, December 13, 2021 at Honor Health Center – Shea Campus of Scottsdale, AZ. Gail Elaine June Jewett was born June 4, 1964 in Macomb County, MI. She was the daughter of Paul and Darlene (Schultz) Jewett. Gail grew up in Clinton Township. Gail was a graduate of Sandusky High School, Class of 1982.
She married Robert Lee Ludwig on January 7, 1984 in Sandusky, MI. Gail and Robert have lived in the Imlay City and Brown City area since 1986. Gail was a devoted and loving caregiver to her children, father, mother, grandchildren, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Gail is survived by her husband, Robert Ludwig of Brown City; her daughter, Jacqueline (Daniel) Goff of Gilbert, AZ; her son, Justin Ludwig of Grand Rapids, MI; her mother, Darlene (Schultz) Jewett; her sister, Charlotte (Harry) Weber; and her grandchildren, Logan, Olivia, Quintin, Lily and Isaac. Also surviving are her great-nephews, whom she considered her bonus grandchildren, Arden, Avery and Aston; and many loved nieces and nephews.
Gail was preceded in death by her daughter, Jasmine Ludwig; and her father, Paul Jewett.
Funeral services are currently pending at Muir Brothers Funeral Home of Imlay City, 225 N. Main Street, Imlay City, MI. Burial will follow in Arcadia Township Cemetery, Lum.
