CAPAC — Capac returned from Landmark Academy with a 25-19, 25-12, 25-21 win in a non-league varsity volleyball meeting last Thursday night.

Julia Schaefer handled the bulk of Capac’s playmaking responsibilities that evening. She was credited with 18 assists.

Cerenity Helzer (18), Gracie Klink (nine), Sam Ballard and Schaefer (five each) plus Anna Klein (one) supplied Capac kills.

Schaefer (seven), Chloe Moran (five), Annabelle Schneider, Brianna Swamba, Ballard and Klein (four apiece), Emma-Rose Frangedakis, Cathy Williamson, Sam Killingbeck and Helzer (three each), Skielar Tesnow and Rachel Mirling (two apiece) along with Klink (one) furnished Capac’s digs.

Schaefer (seven), Ballard (four), Killingbeck (three) and Helzer (two) added Capac’s ace serves.
