Craft show also scheduled to coincide with fundraiser
IMLAY CITY — The congregation at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church is joining the fight against multiple sclerosis (MS).
On Saturday, Sept. 11 from 10 a.m. – noon, St. Paul’s “Team Crush” is hosting an M.S. Walk and Craft Show with money raised from the event going to the M.S. Association of North America.
Sign-up begins
Event organizers Linda and Larry Lewis said those interested in walking or participating in the craft show are encouraged to sign up now.
“We welcome everyone to come out and have a good time and support a good cause,” they said.
“Feel free to bring along a lawn chair, signs and even noise makers to show your support for our walkers.”
Donations for the Sept. 11 M.S. Walk can be made out to the M.S. Association.
Food for Families
Linda Lewis noted that St. Paul’s “Food for Families” in-person meal program has resumed on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4-5:30 p.m.
The program had to be paused during the COVID-19 pandemic.
