If you happened to be driving around the Imlay City Schools campus in the last few days, you might have noticed some improvements in our athletics areas. Imlay City Schools parent, Jessica Keeping, organized the Spartan Community Day with the goal of giving attention to some areas that desperately needed attention and sprucing them up. Jessica, along with about 40 other volunteers, students and adults, cleaned and painted throughout the day on Saturday, June 12.
Imlay City Schools continues to be grateful and amazed at the support from our families and our community. We are so very thankful for all of the work that was done and the time that these volunteers worked to make it all happen. We would also like to extend our thanks to Mortimer Lumber, Imlay City Hardware, and Lapeer’s Sherwin Williams for their support during our many, many trips for supplies before and on Spartan Community Day.
