Patricia Finton, 84, of Imlay City, MI died Friday, April 16, 2021 in Rochester Hills, MI. Patricia June LePard was born June 6, 1936 in Lapeer, MI. She was the daughter of the late Monroe and the late Bernice (Metzner) LePard. She grew up and lived most all of her life in the Imlay City area. She was a 1954 graduate of Imlay City High School. She married Harold Edwin Finton.
Pat received her Bachelor of Science in Education from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo. Patricia taught math at Imlay City High School for several years. Harold and Patricia enjoyed traveling, playing card games, spending time with their grandchildren and their church family.
Pat is survived by her husband, Harold Finton of Imlay City, MI; her son, Michael (Michelle) Finton of Grand Blanc, MI; and her grandchildren, Lucas Finton and Mackenzie Finton.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Monroe and Bernice LePard; her daughter, Sandra Leigh Moore; and a brother, Gerald LePard.
The funeral services will be held later in the month of April at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 200 N. Cedar St., Imlay City, MI. Reverend Alan Casillas, pastor of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, will officiate. Burial of her cremated remains will be at Imlay Township Cemetery at a later date.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Muir Brothers Funeral Home of Imlay City, 225 N. Main Street, Imlay City, MI.
