Capac’s Hunter Tyson looks to finish his 171-pound bout with Vassar last Friday.

 

CAPAC — Capac went 2-0 in Greater Thumb Conference wrestling action at home last Friday night.

The team began their two-match stint with a 60-0 win against Vassar. That was followed by a 51-0 victory over Brown City.

Max Frangedakis (112/119), Ben Rodriguez (125), Shane Hofmann (130), Nathan Schocke (135), Shane Clor (140), John Schoen (145/152), Derek Mason (160), Hunter Tyson (171), Arturo Rosales (189) and Bryce Tank (215) paced Capac with 2-0 marks that day.
