Thomas Michael Sisson,75, of Stanwood, WA passed away January 14, 2021.

He was born January 28, 1945 in Almont to John W. and Marian (Simons) Sisson of Imlay City. Following his graduation from Dryden High School in 1963, he joined the Air Force. He was stationed in Washington, Germany, and Florida. During the Vietnam War, he was a mechanic working on fighter jets, primarily F- 4 Phantoms.

Following his military service, he moved back to Washington. He retired after 30-plus years as a mechanic at Dunkin Diesel in Snohomish.

On February 8, 1991, he married the love of his life, Linda Homblette. They both loved the outdoors and enjoyed many wonderful adventures during their nearly 30 years together.

Tom is survived by his wife, Linda; children, Therese (Eric) Lundvall, Michael Sisson and John Homblette; and grandchildren, Guy and Sabrina Lundvall, Sage Sisson, and John and Joseph Homblette. He is also survived by five brothers, Tony (Pam) Sisson, Dave (Barb) Sisson, Don (Mardi) Sisson, Joe (Margie) Sisson, and Mark (Lisa) Sisson, as well as many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John W. and Marian Sisson.

Cremation has taken place with tentative plans for a memorial service in May.
