IMLAY CITY — The Imlay City varsity boys’ basketball team absorbed a 94-56 road loss to Flint Powers in a non-league encounter Monday night.
With the outcome, Flint Powers goes to 1-0 overall. Imlay City falls to 0-1 this season.
Andrew Badder (11 points, including three trifectas) led Imlay City that evening. He was backed by Parker Lewis (10 points, featuring a pair of treys), Ray Liu (eight, with two triples), Chris Cezik (seven, including a pair of trifectas), Zack Dingwell and Beau Hund (seven), Holden Redd (five, featuring a trey, each) and Josh Hayes (a triple).
Imlay City returns to action today (Wednesday, February 10) when it entertains BWAC rival Algonac. That matchup lists a 7:30 p.m. starting time.
