Anne Spearing, 69, of Attica, MI died Friday, January 1, 2021 at home in Attica. Anne Coletta Spearing was born July 26, 1951 in Detroit, MI. She was the daughter of the late James and the late Loretta (Walby) Spearing. She grew up in Warren, MI. Anne is a graduate of St. Clement High School in Centerline, MI, Class of 1969. She has lived in the Attica area for 33 years.
She was employed as a hair stylist instructor and hair stylist for many years. Anne was also a cook at the Imlay City Eagles, Front Row (Ray’s) Bar, and The Villa.
Anne enjoyed gardening, cooking, reading, embroidery and just having fun.
She is survived by her sisters, Mary Therese (Ben) DiCicco, Eva Marie Spearing and Frances (Vincent) Borg; her two brothers, James E. Spearing, Jr. and Fredrick Stephen Spearing of Warren, MI; and many friends.
Anne was preceded in death by her parents, James and Loretta Spearing; her brother, Thomas Spearing; and her sister-in-law, Lori Fischer Spearing.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial is not being planned at this time.
Arrangements were entrusted to Muir Brothers Funeral Home, 225 N. Main Street, Imlay City, MI.
